Pricing and product specifications

All prices listed on this web site are Australian dollars including GST. A tax invoice will show the GST portion as well as the total.

All prices are based on cash payments only. Credit card payment incur 3% additional service charge.

Prices are not suitable for customers with credit accounts with us.

Prices are based on the best knowledge of the supplier and distributor' s current pricing, and are subject to change even after your order has been placed. In such case we will notify you with the new pricing and orders can be cancelled if you do not want to proceed with the new adjusted price.

Product descriptions in our on-line catalogue are indicative information only. Customers should verify all aspects with their respective manufacturers before placing an order. If it becomes a concern, please ask us to clarify before you place an order.

While maximum care has been taken in producing this on-line catalogue, errors and omissions may occur. Manufacturers or distributors may alter their product code and specifications or availability at any time. In such circumstance, we will inform customers with any alternation as soon as we are notified.

 

Product packaging

Products are normally in original packaging from their manufacturers.

 

Warranty

All products will have manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer.

Faulty goods should be returned to manufacturers or their agents for repair, replacement or other resolutions only if instructed. We provide service to assist customer to obtain manufacturer warranty for faulty goods.

Warranty is void if any warranty label on products has been tempered with or broken. Some manufacturers may require you to register or send back a warranty form.

Please keep your purchase receipt as it may be required for warranty purpose.

 

Ordering

Orders can be placed with our on-line order facilities.

Item(s) can be ordered by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You can change the quantity of the product and click the “Update” button to update, or delete product by changing the quantity to zero then click the “Remove” button. Then you need to click the “Confirm” button to proceed to the next page. Verify item(s) and their quantity and click “Checkout” if all correct to proceed to checkout. Fill out and check the delivery address then click “Submit order” to complete your order. You can check your order status in the “Account” section when you are logged in.

 

Payment

We do not accept on-line credit card payment.

Most accepted payment methods are out lined below:

 

Cheque: Available to approved established customers, or prearranged, or cleared prior to goods being released .

 

Direct Deposit: Customers can deposit the agreed amount into our bank account before goods can be released.  Please use the order ID as reference.

Delivery and freight

Currently orders which is $500 or more has no freight charge.

For orders less than $500, freight of $15 will be applied to your order. This is an estimated amount generally correct for most products to most areas. If freight needs to be amended we will advise you to discuss.

Orders will be processed promptly and released if no amendment on price and payment are received and cleared.

If stock becomes unavailable it will be placed on back order and will be fulfilled as soon as stock become available.

If extensive delay on back order or item becomes end of life(obsoleted)  we may cancel the order or the item(s).

Delivery is by couriers to the nominated address. Please provide address where you or someone is able to sign for delivery on behalf of you during business hours.
